Anonymous Reporting Channel of La Bombonera Group

At La Bombonera Group, we are committed to quality, workplace respect, and regulatory compliance. To strengthen our quality controls and ensure an optimal work environment, we have implemented a Reporting Channel accessible from the group's websites under the "Reporting Channel" section.

This channel is available to employees, customers, and suppliers, allowing them to report irregular conduct, regulatory violations, or any other situation that may affect the company or the work environment, either anonymously or with identification.

FAQs

What is the Reporting Channel?

It is a communication tool available to all designated groups with access to this channel. Through this medium, reports can be submitted regarding matters covered by the Code of Ethics or any other applicable internal policies and regulations.

Is anonymity guaranteed when submitting a report?

Yes. During the reporting process, you can choose whether to provide your personal information or remain anonymous. If you choose to remain anonymous, you will be able to track the status of your report using a username and password provided by the system. The channel does not record IP information.

I lost my access key to check the status of my report. What can I do?

For security reasons, only the reporter knows their access code and password. If they are lost, it will not be possible to track the report or provide additional information if requested by the company. However, the report will continue its normal process.

If there is an emergency, should I use this channel?

No, this channel is not intended for handling urgent matters or emergencies. In such cases, it is recommended to contact the appropriate authorities or emergency services directly.

Who handles the reports?

The Reporting Channel Manager or the competent body designated by the company. All individuals involved in the investigation are subject to confidentiality obligations and the company's privacy policy.

When will I receive a response to my report or inquiry? What is the resolution timeframe?

The Compliance Committee will confirm receipt of the report within a maximum of 7 days. A resolution will be provided within a maximum of 90 days unless the complexity of the case requires additional justified time.

Can I use an external reporting channel?

Yes. Law 2/2023 allows reports to be submitted through the external channel of the corresponding autonomous community without the need to use this internal channel first.

Commitment to Quality and Respect

This channel has been implemented to ensure a respectful work environment, continuously improve our quality standards, and comply with current legislation.

For any questions or suggestions for improvement regarding the channel’s operation, you may contact Cecilia, Human Resources Director, as usual.
