KINU is a traditional Japanese restaurant which brings together two very different concepts. On one side, an exclusive six-seat bar where we offer an Omakase-style menu around sushi. On the other side, a dining room where we propose different Japanese dishes that vary based on the freshest ingredients available.
Our team of chefs applies the Kaizen principle, thus pursuing excellence and the best gastronomic experience for each of our guests.
We source the best products from the region for this and use ancient Japanese techniques in all our creations, all without forgetting our Andalusian roots.
Our room team works under the spirit of Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) and will do everything possible to make the visit of our guests a total experience.
